Review:
~I'd like to thank the author for sending me a free copy in exchange for my honest review!~
This is a great collection of meditations/devotionals about Psalms 139, learning/reading about a verse a day for 20 days. I love how the author takes the verses and makes each one applicable to our daily lives (through her own experiences) in a very simple, easy to understand way. Also, the questions at the end of each selection are a great way to take the day's passage to a deeper level, or as an opportunity to journal.
I learned lots through this book, and if you want a great devotional about one of the psalms, this one is for you!
Things I Loved:
- Each passage was short and spoke lots of wisdom, great devotional!
Things I Didn't Love:
- The prayer at the end of each passage could have been a little more personal, like more of a casual conversation with God. Other than that, it was very good!
In Conclusion:
A great devotional! Very relatable and easy to learn from!
