Out of that desperation, a new plan merges that is forged in torment and fashioned to exploit the weaknesses of Lench's opponents. He will stop at nothing to have his revenge, and do the will of his master. Once again Alex and those she loves will be open to attack, and there are no rules of engagement, only the desire to kill and destroy.

But even as the enemy's plans unfold, so does the potential for love. Tested and challenged, this love may yet grow to fulfil its destiny: to be a light in the darkness that the enemy can neither understand nor overcome. But first love must survive, and for that to happen there must be redemption. (From Amazon)

Review:

~I'd like to thank the author for sending me a free copy in exchange for my honest review!~

First of all, can we just admire that amazing cover? I love it!

I really enjoyed the first book in this series, and this was a great sequel, but I just feel like there are a couple of things that could have been better.

For example, the first book's plot was very complex, and while this book had a good plot, it could have been more elaborate. Well, I guess that's the only thing that could have been better, and the reason for my lower rating.

Other than that, I really liked this book, since you got to know this cast of characters better, and there were secrets uncovered.

All in all, this was a well-written, suspenseful, and intriguing book, that's a good sequel, and will be a favorite among thriller fans!

Things I Loved:

-It was fast-paced

-You got to know the cast of characters better

-haha I love the cover XD

Things I Didn't Love:

-The only thing, I'd say, is that the plot could have been more complex

In Conclusion:

This is a great, Christian thriller, I really enjoyed it!
